Terms and Policies
Part 1 — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, purchasing a Program, or submitting a request through this website, you agree to these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.
2. Description of Services
Protrakt provides consulting services for tennis coaches, players and families, and clubs/organizations, offered in two forms:
Programs — priced consulting packages, bookable directly: Strategy Session (one 30-minute session), Career Accelerator (four 30-minute sessions, valid for 3 months from purchase), and Elite Coaching Program (seven 30-minute sessions, valid for 6 months from purchase). A Free 15-Minute Assessment is also available.
Services — individually scoped consulting engagements, quoted after an intake conversation based on the specific request.
All sessions are advisory in nature. Protrakt does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to employment offers, coaching positions, program approval, contract terms, or immigration outcomes.
3. Immigration-Related Services
Protrakt works with tennis coaches, players, and other professionals who may be navigating immigration-related career questions, including OPT status, employer sponsorship, and pathways such as P-1, O-1, and employer-sponsored labor certification.
Protrakt's role in this process is limited to the following:
Placement & Referral: Protrakt may help identify and connect clients with clubs or employers who may be willing to consider sponsorship.
General Educational Information: Protrakt may share general information about immigration pathways commonly pursued by tennis professionals, including but not limited to P-1, O-1, and employer-sponsored labor certification.
Attorney Referral: Where a client's situation requires legal judgment, Protrakt may refer clients to independent, licensed immigration attorneys.
Process Coordination: Protrakt may help organize documents, track timelines, and serve as a point of contact between the client, their employer, and their immigration attorney. All legal work, including eligibility decisions and the preparation and filing of petitions, is handled by the immigration attorney.
Protrakt does not determine eligibility for any specific immigration category, prepare or file immigration petitions, or provide legal advice. Any determination of which pathway applies to a client's individual circumstances must be made by a licensed immigration attorney.
No attorney-client relationship is formed between the client and Protrakt through the use of these services, and Protrakt does not guarantee the outcome, availability, or quality of any referred attorney's or employer's services.
Protrakt does not receive fees from attorneys in exchange for referrals.
3a. Compensation Review
Compensation Review helps clients understand typical compensation structures, negotiation strategy, and questions to ask when evaluating a job offer or promotion, including transitions into management roles. This service is educational and coaching-based.
Compensation Review is a coaching service focused on negotiation strategy, offer evaluation, and industry compensation norms. It does not include legal interpretation of contract terms.
Clients with specific questions about the legal enforceability of a contract or offer letter should consult an attorney.
4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Programs are paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services quoted individually are payable according to the terms provided in the quote.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Rescheduled sessions remain in your Program until it expires. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee, at Protrakt's discretion.
Strategy Session may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, provided the session takes place within 60 days of the original booking date. Strategy Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and non-refundable.
Programs are designed to be completed within their Program period (3 months for Career Accelerator, 6 months for Elite Coaching Program) to keep your progress on track. Programs are non-refundable, and sessions not used within the Program period expire and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the engagement, including resumes, contracts, program details, and other requested materials, and for their own decisions made using guidance provided.
Protrakt's role is advisory. Final decisions and their consequences rest with the client.
